Huawei Qualcomm Platform Bootloader & Fastboot Multi-Download 1.0.0.2 program

How to REVIVE from  ( Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008) or (QHSUSB BULK)  the Huawei ATU-LX3

1. We download the Necessary Files that will be included at the end of the post.
2. We install the drivers or controllers. Huawei Q Drivers Pack 2.0 - Latest drivers
3. Open Huawei Qualcomm Platform Bootloader & Fastboot Multi-Download 1.0.0.2 program.

This program is used to restore broken Qualcomm based smartphones.
Don't use it unnecessarily!

4. We load the .xml file of Huawei_ KIW-L21 1.0.0.50_Board Software_general_8.0.0 OR FACTOTY FIRMWARE  already downloaded and decompressed.

5. We click on Next.
6. Press Scan&Download and wait for DOWNLOAD SUCCESS to come out

7. We enter the MicroSD to the phone with the dload folder and the   Huawei  UPDATE.APP file KIW-L21_C900B120_Firmware_West_European_Region_Nonspecific_Android5.1.1_EMUI3.1.APP  included.
8. We turn on the phone with the Volume + and Volume - buttons pressed until the Android Doll comes out Loading the UPDATE.APP file from the MicroSD.

9. Hopefully Update the Device Software and READY.
